This is a two-person house share, consisting of myself and you. The available double room is furnished with a comfortable double bed and ample storage. The house has one and a half bathrooms (a shared bathroom and a separate WC) and a garden. You'll have plenty of space and full access to the shared kitchen and living areas. For those who work remotely, a separate home office room is also available.
All-Inclusive Rent:
The rent is £700 per month, with a £700 deposit. All bills are included in the price, covering electricity, gas, water, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The Ideal Housemate:
I'm a tech professional who is often on the go with work and travel. I am a live-in landlord who sometimes works from home. I value a clean and hygienic environment and am looking for a housemate who also takes pride in keeping the shared spaces tidy. The ideal housemate is a professional who enjoys their own company as I travel for work, is respectful, and cleans up after themselves. This arrangement would be particularly suitable for professionals who travel frequently, such as those working in Birmingham/HS2 on a Monday-to-Friday basis, airport workers with flexible schedules, or hospital staff. As well as remote working professionals.

Located in a peaceful neighbourhood, the house offers excellent transport links and convenience.
Bus Links: The 97 bus stop is a short walk away, offering direct routes to Birmingham International Airport, Birmingham Business Park, NEC, and the Birmingham International train station.
