About the House and Room:

This is a two-person house share, consisting of myself and you. The available double room is furnished with a comfortable double bed and ample storage. The house has one and a half bathrooms (a shared bathroom and a separate WC) and a garden. You'll have plenty of space and full access to the shared kitchen and living areas. For those who work remotely, a separate home office room is also available.

All-Inclusive Rent:

The rent is £700 per month, with a £700 deposit. All bills are included in the price, covering electricity, gas, water, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

I'm a tech professional who is often on the go with work and travel. I am a live-in landlord who sometimes works from home.
