Seeking flatmate - 2bed/2bath ensuited in town

Hi, I’m Giuliano, 25, working in marketing in Birmingham. I’m easy to live with, clean, respectful and sociable, and I’m looking to share this modern 2bed/2bath with 2 balconies located in Birmingham city centre. Both bedrooms are spacious and exactly the same size.

My partner will be moving in with me around January or February as she’s currently abroad. I’m looking for someone tidy, respectful and I’m open to a couple too.

The flat in the pictures is still available and the rent only is £1,200. The price per room, including bills, would be roughly £800.

My move-in date is flexible, ranging from 10th to 20th October.
