Ensuite room at Altura, Birmingham - £187 a week

Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Altura student accommodation, Birmingham. The contract runs from 6th September 2025 - 18th July 2026.

It is a private ensuite room in a shared flat. You have your own bathroom but share a kitchen with flatmates.

This is a tenancy transfer, not a room share I will not be living in this. Should you purchase this, you will sign with Mezzino student and take over my contract officially.

Altura offers facilities such as its own gym, study areas, cinema room and more

1 BED ONLY. Small double bed

Shared kitchen with 7 other people

You must be a student and have proof of your student status.

You will only start paying for the accomodation when you sign the contract. Until that point, I’m paying.
