I am a student and have moved to different accommodation closer to my Uni. It’s a case of you being accepted as a student by the landlord then taking over the contract which runs until the date shown. If there’s any discrepancies with the dates/payment from the landlord I will pay the difference to ensure your rent works out at £152/week.

To be clear I have paid the first rent payment up to 24th September and will pay the rent difference up to the date you take over the agreement from me. The landlord is Collegiate AC.
