Deposit is £511 but spare room would not let us put that, bills usually stay between £85-110 a month dependent on electric and gas use, this covers council tax, water, electric, gas and Wi-Fi.
We are looking for someone friendly and sociable to join our house share!
Current housemates are Daniel 26 who is a special needs teacher, Regan 28 who is a junior doctor and Tyler 23 who is working in security.
Our landlord is not open to renting to students so only professionals would be ok for the room.
