* Flat is unfurnished but has appliances: microwave, fridge, oven, dishwasher, washer
Rent & bills:
* Your share of the rent: £575 (50/50 split)
* Reckon bills should be ~£150 extra per month each
Me:
I wfh in tech, considerate, tidy, and clean as I go - looking for someone similar
You’ll be added to the tenancy as a secondary resident, and standard right to rent & reference checks will be done by the lettings agents.
