I’m a former renter looking for someone to take the tenancy. I’m helping the landlady with this ad. It’s a double room in a 3 bed house but will only be shared between you and her. The neighbourhood is clean and quiet. Amazing view through the window.. Access to garden, patio, living room. Common kitchen and bathroom. All bills included. Council tax will be additional if you are a working, for student it will be exempt until term period.
