Hi all, I'm looking for a professional that works full time on site, as I mostly work from home I need the place quiet.

The house is only approximately 2.5km less than 3 miles from Birmingham City Centre, easy access to local busses and Train station, close to One Stop shopping mall, Perry Barr.

The council Tax band not sure but, I can find that out, it approximately works out to be £20 p/w.

The double Bedroom has a TV, and plenty of Wardrobe space.

House has full Central Heating.

Access to large kitchen, and 2 toilets, large garden.

The attached pictures are as is now, the house and communal areas will be tidied up so don't be concerned about untidy pics.

I'm easy going working professional.
