my current flatmate is moving out on 26th November so looking for someone to replace her tenancy. Rent is £600pm and current bills are c.£180 each (energy, wifi, water & council tax). The flat is located on Holliday Street (round the corner from Broad Street & 5 min walk to New Street).
What I’m looking for:
Fellow professional who values early nights during the week - I work a 9-5 partially remote & am also studying so someone who respects the fact I need my 8 hours would be brilliant - but i’m always down for having fun at the weekend☺️
