Hi, looking for either a male or female to rent my spare bedroom. It's a furnished double bedroom in Castle Vale with a dresser, built in wardrobe and double bed (feel free to decorate if you wish), with all bills included.

Good transport links to Birmingham City centre.

Shared areas of the property are the bathroom and open plan kitchen and living room. You will also have access to your own fridge and freezer and personal cabinet in the kitchen as well as a shared washing machine and dishwasher.

I am a 27 year old male who is a whole time firefighter and my partner is a 27 year old female who works in finance. We are both very friendly and welcoming.

We wish to have someone who is tidy, considerate and happy to socialise but also understands everyone needs some quiet time every now and again.

We have rented out the spare room for the past 3 years and have always had positive experiences.
