I’m looking for a replacement undergraduate (male) to take over my accommodation contract in Chamberlain Tower at the University of Birmingham.
• Location: The Vale, Chamberlain Tower,
17th floor with a fantastic view. This is the most popular place among students
• Room type: Ensuite, small double bed
• Contract: Will be officially transferred to your name by Accommodation Services from 15 December until 11 July 2026.
• Who can take it: Undergraduate male students only (per accommodation rules).
The room is honestly amazing modern, cosy, and with one of the best views in Chamberlain. On top of that, the flatmates are really great – friendly, fun, and easy to live with. 213 p per week
