1 room available in 2-bed flat

Hey,

I am a current flatmate in a 2-bed flat in a beautiful and accessible locality in Birmingham. I will be soon moving out as I will be moving to London for my postgraduate studies.

My move out date is still tentative - most likely the first week of September 2026 (if not then maybe last week). We are looking for a (preferably) female flatmate who is happy to share a clean, tidy and comfortable space to replace me.

Brindley place has a very lively vibe - with a variety of cafes, restaurants, pubs around, accessible gyms; canal basin at a 2 min walk; close to tram routes.

The room is furnished and ensuite with bath. All appliances in the house are included: electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher (although we havent used this much) and a washer-dryer.

My most favourite part about the place is the amount of storage available and how spacious it is for the price you are paying! I absolutely adore it and breaks my heart to move out🥺

Bills not included in rent, but the additional utilities breakdown per person would look as follows:
Council Tax (Band E): £120
Electricity: £25-50
Water: £15
Wifi: £15
Parking spaces available (at additional cost if needed)
