My flatmate will be moving out in the first week of Jan 2026 and I am looking for a (preferably) female flatmate who is happy to share a clean, tidy and comfortable space.
The room is furnished and ensuite with shower room.
Bills not included in rent, but the additional utilities breakdown per person would look as follows:
Council Tax (Band E): £114
Electricity: £30-40
Water: £12-15
Wifi: £12.5
Parking spaces available (at additional cost if needed)
