1 room available in 2-bed flat

Hey,

I am a current flatmate in a 2-bed flat in a beautiful and accessible locality in Birmingham. Brindley place has a very lively vibe - with a variety of cafes, restaurants, pubs around; accessible gyms, canal basin at a 2 min walk; close to tram routes.

My flatmate will be moving out in the first week of July 2026 and I am looking for a (preferably) female flatmate who is happy to share a clean, tidy and comfortable space.

I may also be moving out end of August in case anyone is interested in the whole place - by taking one room now and one once I move out. But either ways, Im more than happy to find a replacement before leaving and the transfer process is pretty hassle-free so wont be much for you to worry about anyway.

The room is furnished and ensuite with shower room. All appliances in the house are included: electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher (although we havent used this much), microwave & vacuum cleaner (is mine, but happy for both to use obviously, may take with me when I move out) and a washer-dryer.

My most favourite part about the place is the amount of storage available and how spacious it is for the price you are paying!

Bills not included in rent, but the additional utilities breakdown per person would look as follows:
Council Tax (Band E): £120
Electricity: £40-50
Water: £15
Wifi: £15
Parking spaces available (at additional cost if needed)
