Double room in Billesley

Double room available on quiet street in Billesley. 10 minute cycle to Kings Heath, and plenty of parking. My previous lodger cycled to Brum Uni from here but she did say it was a trek. On a road bike or ebike its better. Yardley Wood station is a 15min walk away.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, drawers and built in wardrobe. I'd like to hold onto the sofa bed, but I’m fairly flexible with the rest. You're welcome to use the rowing machine and read the weekly Guardian, though a newspaper is perhaps not a positive at the moment. Large south facing garden and space for bike storage.

I work from home some of the time but I'm also out a lot, so you'll often get the place to yourself. I enjoy climbing, outdoor activities, pubs, films etc. The downstairs is looking a bit bare in the photos as I've not long finished a load of work / repairs to the house.
