our housemate is moving out in January so we have a spare room for our house contract

We are 2 Ph. D. students and another friend working (so you can split council tax) and we have a lovely 4 bed 2 bathrooms with big rooms in a great location past the hospital, 10 minute walk from uni station and campus!

Rent is £536.25 per month excluding bills, council tax band is C

We have our own driveway and a big garden it’s a quiet area with friendly neighbours which is a big plus compared to the classic streets of selly oak

We are (almost) out of our clubbing days so would ideally work best with a Ph. D./ masters students/ Grad working in the city but we are very happy with anyone nice!
