Hi I am looking for a flat mate to share my apartment with. It’s a 2 bed apartment with 2 bathrooms. Furnished with all the modern equipments, a dishwasher, kettle, washing machine and dryer etc. Bills Inclusive including council tax. Ideally, I prefer a female working professional. Security deposit is required.
Parking is available. There’s a gym and onsite concierge and communal space and a cinema.
Location: B12 and it’s 5-8 minutes from the city center driving.

About Me: I am a very friendly person who loves to be happy. I am a working professional who mostly works from home. I prefer someone who wouldn’t just be a flat mate but is easy going and friendly where we can live together amicably. I am very tidy and clean and will prefer someone who maintains a clean environment.
