1Bedroom & Office in 3bedroom New built Townhouse

We are two 24-year-old female professionals (a Nurse and a Consultant) looking for a new housemate to join our 3-bedroom townhouse. The available room is on the 2nd floor and comes unfurnished, with a private office included. You would share a bathroom with one other person.

The house has a spacious kitchen, living/dining area and a half bathroom on the 1st floor. The 3rd floor features another bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony. There is also an outdoor garden and parking available.

We’re looking for someone reliable, tidy and considerate. Professionals or students are welcome, as long as you have a stable income and can pass references. The home is calm, organised and friendly, and we respect each other’s space while keeping shared areas clean and comfortable.
