Looking for a new co tenant near the Boldmere area

Recently a vacancy opened up within my flat as a friend of mine moved out. I have been left with the responsibility to find a new housemate on my own. However, any agreements would also have to pass references and checks through the landlord once we have had talks. I’m looking for someone who is interested in renting for an extended period. Someone who is relaxed but reliable. I need to be able to trust any new tenant to pay bills on time and to be reasonably clean. I sporadically have friends over but this never really tends to be more than once a month. This would obviously be completely fine the other way around. I find myself a very relaxed and easy going person who can be very supportive. Overall, I just want someone who is a good and kind person.
