Hi all,

I'm looking for a female tenant to occupy one of my spare bedrooms.

£750 pcm – all bills included (electricity, water, Wi-Fi, council tax)
• Available: End of March
• Deposit: £750
• Parking: Outer city permit available (approx. £45)
• Property: 3-bed, two-floor flat - shared with just me.
• Room: Double room, currently being decorated, but will be newly set up (neutral décor, dimmable lighting, double ottoman bed, wardrobe, desk/vanity).
• Shared space: Separate kitchen and living room with balcony; bathroom upstairs + downstairs WC; third bedroom as shared office / chill room (additional sofa etc).

Location:
• 7-min walk to Edgbaston Village tram
• Broad Street > 13-min walk, New Street > 35-min walk
• Nuffield Health Birmingham Central gym > 8-mins walk

About me: I'm from London, but have just moved to Birmingham for a new role (and decided to buy a flat). I will be splitting my time between Birmingham and London, so will be away around a week + some weekends each month.

Looking for: Female professional or mature student (25+), relaxed, responsible, and happy treating the flat like their own. Bonus if we have similar interests and you’re up for the occasional coffee, gym session, or chilled evening in, but equally comfortable living independently.

I'd be open to considering a tenant with an indoor cat or a small/medium dog.
