The tenancy check out date is 5th September 2026.

It is located on Aston University campus.
8 min walk to Birmingham city centre.
1 min walk to bus stop.
13 min walk to New Street train station.

Grocery shops such as Sainsbury's and Tesco Express are all within 3-5 min walking distance.

There are also lots of takeaways/restaurants nearby.
