A furnished single bedroom is available in a welcoming 3-bed home on Warwards Lane, Selly Oak (B29), available from 9 February 2026.

The house includes a shared lounge, extended kitchen/living space, downstairs WC, family bathroom and a landscaped rear garden with access to a garage. Shared broadband, washing machine and tumble dryer are provided. All bills and council tax are included. Free on-street parking available.

The location is ideal for the University of Birmingham, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, and has excellent transport links into central Birmingham.

You would be sharing with two friendly female housemates:
• A junior doctor working in Birmingham
• A pharmacy student at the University of Birmingham

This is a warm, community-oriented Christian household. We enjoy sharing meals occasionally, spending time together, and are involved in our local church (Elim Church). The home is calm, respectful and well-kept.

We’re looking for a female student or young professional (under 30) who:
• Is clean and considerate, especially in shared spaces
• Values open communication and a peaceful home
• Would enjoy being part of a friendly, faith-aligned household

Rent is £600 per month, with a 5-week deposit.
Minimum stay: 6 months.
