Double Room for short-term let

Average size room in a 2-bedroom flat, quiet/serene environment, has a double bed, foldable wardrobe and blind. There is a guest toilet/bathroom for the tenant as the other room is ensuite, so it's only going to be used by the tenant. I try to keep the apartment clean and neat to a good standard, so would expect a tenant with same level of neatness or even better. No drama, No default
Happy to share kitchen (white goods available) and living room with tenant.
