A self contained living space with a private bathroom and kitchenette, well heated and in a good location. Additionally, full access to a bigger house with shared living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Shops and bus routes within 1 minute walk, accessible street parking and friendly roommates in the main, separate house. The space would be suitable for an individual or a couple. I am a flexible owner and open to discussion. Hoping to find a nice friendly lodger. 😊
