Hi! I’m a postgrad student living in a lovely flat in Central Birmingham and I’m looking for a friendly, tidy female flatmate to share with.

The flat has a spacious double bedroom available and you’ll have your own bathroom. There’s also a comfortable shared living area and a fully equipped kitchen, where I spend a lot of time in the evenings.

The location is super convenient, right in Central Birmingham with easy access to shops, restaurants, gyms and great transport links.

A bit about me: I’m easygoing, clean and respectful of space. It would be nice to find someone who’s up for the occasional chat, movie night, cooking together, someone who wants a friendly home vibe rather than just coexisting in the same space.
