Single/Double Room available in B31

Rooms available in a recently renovated house in B31.

This is a house share between myself and another female. You can have a pick of the rooms (single/double) as I’m only here 3-4 days a week. I work long days 8am - 8.30pm so you won’t see me much.

A-bit about the neighbourhood: It’s a peaceful and a quiet area, lovely neighbours who look out for you, I’ve never had any issues. The house is a 5 mins walk away from Newman uni. Barnes hill Asda is close by for shopping and there bus no. X22 which will take you to the QE and Birmingham city. Other buses are available by the uni too (x21,23 and 18 etc)

The double bedroom - fully furnished. Built in wardrobe, dresser, new ottoman bed from dusk, - so plenty of storage, new mattress, new carpets and new radiators throughout the whole house.

The single room - furnished with divan bed with storage draws, new mattress, a dresser and new carpets.

There is a study room if you would like to work from home or need a space to study.

The lounge is very cosy, a gas fire, cute dining area, I do have a tv but it’s new and boxed up atm, don’t really have to time to watch anything. The bills that are included; water, gas & electric (fair usage) council tax, internet.

Double room: £850 (all bills inclusive)
Single room: £675 (all bills inclusive)

This is for a house share so most weekends (3/4) you will have the house to yourself.
Ideal housemate just needs to be clean, tidy and respectful of the space. There is no driveway but the street has ample parking available.
