We are 3 current housemates living in a 4 bed house. One double room is available right away and the other is available from 1st April. Our house is close to bus stops and at a walking distance to Sainsbury’s, selly oak shopping park and Aldi. We live at a 20mins walking distance to Harborne high street which has multiple restaurants and shops to go to over the weekend. The rent includes wifi and water bills and the rest are split between us.
the room is big enough for 2 people however it is advertised for only 1 person, if there is a couple interested please don’t hesitate to reach out there will be an additional £30 over the rent to cover their water and wifi bill.
