Spare Room in Friendly Student House

We have a room available in our three-bedroom house and are looking to rent it to a female university student. We plan to move into this house in August 2026. The house is modern, clean, and very well looked after, offering a comfortable and welcoming space to live in. It has a bright and homely feel, with plenty of room to relax and study and it is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. The room we have available is the biggest room of the house and features its own ensuite as do the rest of rooms. As two medical students ourselves, we value a calm, respectful, and studious living environment, and we believe another student would be a great fit.
