My wife and I have cleaned the room and flat thoroughly so it is ready to move straight into, and we are looking for a tidy, respectful student or young professional who will look after the place. As an incentive for someone who can move in as soon as possible, I am willing to cover the first month’s rent or provide the equivalent in cash if you prefer and are happy to complete the contract and standard checks properly. Council tax is usually not payable by full‑time students, but if you are not a full‑time student you should check your own council tax position with the local authority for this property.
