House Share Erdington- Females preferred

A house with three females and a student from Aston university.

There is easy access to town with the buses X3, X4, X5 ang 110, a bus would come every 10minutes and it takes 15 minutes to get to town. Right next to the high street with many shops (such as butchers and B&M) and a 5 minute walk from Lidl.

Shared kitchen/living room (sharing with 3 people) and bathroom (with one person).

Amenities, such as iron board, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, back garden. There are electric car charging points outside, with parking spaces on the street outside the house.

Looking for a clean/tidy female flatmate.
