The space 🏠
A spacious double room, fitted with blinds and curtains and a wardrobe provided. (You will have to provide your own bed, or we can purchase one for you if a deposit is agreed)
You of course will have access to communal areas such as lounge, bathrooms, kitchen and able to use facilities such as lounge TV, Alexa, and kitchen utilities. We have a large kitchen/dining area and a fairly large lounge area.

Our apartment has access to great local amenities. Bus stop directly outside of property that takes you into Birmingham city centre in just 5mins, Aston station just a 12min walk away, direct connections to A38M and M6 links.

We take great pride in our home and also have a lot of fun in between. The ideal person should be apart of the LGBTQI community, be clean and tidy and communicate well with us. We ideally want someone who will not just be a tenant but an ally and friend with an element of trust. Professionals are preferred but not essential if you are of good character. Oh and bring good vibes.

We’re lgbtqi couple that have lived in this property for nearly 5 years. Both work full time but when we’re not working we enjoy to cook and occasionally have gaming/movie nights. (Work hard/play hard)

Cost.
The monthly payment of £500 covers your share of bills, broadband and utilities such as gas/electric/water ect.

The formal bit.
All applicants will be interviewed via phone call before arranging a viewing. If both parties are satisfied you may possibly be asked to provide social media accounts and references to ensure safety and security.
