Hi everyone! We’re looking for new housemates for the master bedroom in our 3-bedroom townhouse at Soho Wharf, available from August.
The room is located on the second floor and comes with:
* Ensuite bathroom
* Private balcony
* Double the storage space of the other rooms
* Furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, and two wardrobes
* Dedicated dressing area
* Plenty of space, making it ideal for couples
The ground floor is shared communal space, including:
* Living room
* Dining table
* Kitchen with all appliances included (fridge freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stovetop, and extractor hood)
* Downstairs washroom
* Private lawn/garden area
On the first floor, there is a separate storage room and a shared study equipped with a desk and chair, making it ideal for remote work.
You’d be living with two friendly and easygoing housemates on the first floor. The house has a relaxed, clean, and respectful atmosphere, with everyone mindful of shared spaces and privacy.
Rent is £487.5 per person per month for a couple/two people. Bills are not included—please contact us for an estimate.
The contract is rolling with no minimum stay, and 2 months’ notice is required to end the agreement. Deposit is either 5 weeks’ rent or available via a deposit replacement scheme (Flatfair). Allocated parking is included.

* Bus routes 82 and 87 stop right at the entrance with direct access to the city centre
