Rent is well below the market rate to take into account approximately 5 hrs per week of companionship ( eg. catching up over coffee, sharing a meal, watching a comedy or football match together). The live in landlady is a very easy going, friendly, Caribbean woman in her 90s who is fit and active enjoys TV, radio, puzzles, daily exercise and seeing friends for coffee.
