I'm renting a double double bedroom in my house as I have lot of free space.
The house furnished /not like on the pictures/ and newly been done up so it's clean and modern also a the room is empty at the moment but if needed i can provide basic furniture. Located in a very quiet nice place with a beautiful lake at arm length for nice walks.
Shop and bus stops are 2 minutes away and 15 minutes from the city centre.
I do have a cute little dog and we don't spend much time at home as we normally sleep at my other property so the house is not used a lot by us
