The current rent is around £290 per person per month, so if you're planning to rent a place for at least a year, you're welcome to take the tenancy agreement in your name, and I'd be happy to share the home with you.

I'm happy to create a simple cleaning schedule and "work together to keep utility bills low" by being mindful of energy and water usage.
