Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my student accommodation contract at Hosts – Queen’s Hospital Close for the 2026/27 academic year.

This room is for students enrolled in a University.

It is a modern en-suite room in a student accommodation building, with access to shared facilities and a great location for studying in Birmingham.

✅ Replacement tenant will need to be approved by the accommodation provider
