I’m looking for someone to take over my ensuite room in a modern flat in Birmingham city centre from October.
The flat has some great facilities, including a fully equipped gym, concierge service, 24-hour security and a dedicated mail room.
Rent is around £735 a month and bills are around £266 each due to a high council tax band. There would also be a one time £50 tenancy swap payment. If you drive there is parking under the building which comes to £110 a month.
You’d be sharing with my current flatmate, who is easy-going, kind, considerate, clean and tidy. She works in Coventry around 3 days a week, so you’ll also have plenty of time to yourself. She’s friendly and sociable but also respectful of personal space.
About the ideal flatmate:
Someone clean, respectful and considerate. Similar interests are a bonus but definitely not essential!
