I am looking to rent out the spare room to students or professionals who need short- or long-term accommodation. I am looking for a clean, responsible, female Muslim housemate. I also have a pet cat named Rosie. She poops outside and is very lovable. I’d appreciate your help in taking care of her whenever I'm away. My sister currently lives with me and will be moving out in the next few months, which is why the pics are a bit of a mess.
Single room in a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house. One room has been converted into a study room/computer room with two setups, which you are free to use. It is a safe and quiet neighbourhood, with bus stops, GP, pharmacy, dentist, OneStop, library, gym, and public parks within a 5-minute walk. Asda is a 25 minute walk. Bus stops are X22, X21, 23, 18, and 002. A 5 minute walk to Newman University. A 15-20 minute ride to University of Birmingham.

All bills are included (water, gas, wifi, Netflix, Amazon Video/Prime). Fully furnished with bed, bedding, wardrobe, table, chair, mirror, hairdryer, steam iron, fan, heater, even toiletries and cleaning supplies are included. Kitchen has everything you need. Utensils, cooking appliances, fridge, cooker, microwave, air fryer, and washing machine are all included. Living room and garden space that you’re free to use. TV comes with Amazon Firestick and Netflix/Amazon Video. You literally don't need to bring anything except your clothes.
Room available from 13th September 2026. The rent is £300 a month for students and £400 for working professionals (this includes council tax), with a rolling monthly contract. 1 month deposit. Preferably Muslim females.
