Brindley Place Ensuite Room with Balcony

Hi,

I’m a 27yo professional and my roommate is moving out at the end of September so there will be a double room with an en-suite available.

Rent is £625 and council tax (band e)+ WiFi + electricity brings this up to about £810 on average per month. Water bill comes every 6 months and last time that was £150 (£75 each)

I’m mainly looking for someone who I’ll get along with and keeps shared spaces clean. Bit about me - so like I said I’m 27 and work at a bank in the city (in the office everyday) but when I’m not working I like playing and watching football / going to the gym / festivals / watching films.

Also since pictures were taken we’ve got new decking on the balcony and some extra stuff in the living room. And the reference is a simple reference check done by Rightmove for proof of employment / savings if unemployed
