I am looking for a replacement tenant for my en-suite student room. The room is fully furnished and comes with a bed, desk/study area and wardrobe. You would have your own private en-suite, with access to the shared kitchen and communal areas.

The accommodation is modern, secure and conveniently located for students in Birmingham, with good transport links to the city centre and nearby universities.
