I have a large double furnished room available with wireless internet. The property is privately owned situated in a residential suburb in Stechford. The property is in close proximity of supermarkets, local amenities, leisure facilities, Heartland hospitals, local public transport including train station.
The property benefits from a large secluded well maintained rear garden.
I am a private, but sociable, easy going person but. I am a non smoker and have no children and no pets. The let will suit a clean, professional who would like privacy and a welcoming home to live. Only smoking outside will be acceptable.
Single occupancy only.
No DSS, couples or pets.

Rooms fully furnished beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, and wireless internet available. Will include all utility bills except telephone. The use of a TV for room on request if required. Laundry faculties’ available if required at extra cost. A deposit of one month rent is also required to secure the let. A written reference from a suitable person will also be required.
This will not suit those with criminal convictions or that use recreational drugs.
