A bit about me, Im very relaxed person and keep fit in my spare time I get from work. I also have tredmill at home, which can be used & heavy weights.

Furthermore, about 10mins via bus number 50 route into Bullring/city centre and walkable distance of about 25mins to city centre.

All local supermarkets, Lidl, local shops, Balsall heath Swimming Baths, Library and Cannon Hill park is about 6mins away, which is very handy for summer BBQ's and running & festivals throughout the year.

Furthermore, good location for Birmingham university & QE Hospital is about 10mins away too.
