It is conveniently located fairly close to the Coventry Road (A45). It's almost the same distance to the city centre as the Airport and is very close to Heartlands Hospital. There are excellent transport links to the M6 and M42 motorway. There are 4-6 different bus routes which go direct into Birmingham, Solihull and the Airport. In addition there are two train stations nearby, one going to Birmingham Moor Street and another that goes to Birmingham New Street. There are several large Supermarkets nearby as well as local shopping areas.
Rent shown is for single people, couples will be considered but a rent adjustment will be necessary. Pets may be considered. There is currently one cat living at the property.
