Our house is beside the Lickey Hills and has the open green areas of Cofton Park to the front.

Located 5 minutes drive from the M5 and M42 motorways Cofton Hackett is midway between Barnt Green Village and the Longbridge Technology Park and new Retail development. We are 20 minutes drive to Birmingham city centre, Solihull, the Airport and the NEC. We are on the bus route to Birmingham and the train route that goes from Redditch thru Birmingham New Street onto Sutton Coldfield and Lichfield.

The bedroom available is decorated in neutral Laura Ashley colours approx 14ft by 14ft. It is furnished with a King size bed and two double wardrobes and additional furniture. Sorry the picture is not great at capturing what the room is like.

The house is spacious and decorated with modern contemporary, classic themes.

Communal areas include a large kitchen/breakfast/sitting room size 30ft by 12ft which opens with double doors to a wooden conservatory. The kitchen area has fitted electric oven, microwave, steam oven, hob, extractor, waste disposal, dishwasher, washing machine and two fridge freezers.

There is unlimited WIFI and Sky Sports/Movies.

Outside there is plenty of parking, large mature gardens with patio, lawns and a stream.

We are a friendly, quiet, traditional family. There won't be any wild parties here but if you want a homely environment with some peace and quiet you can find it here. It is a home from home. My wife and I are finance professionals.

There is a 50% supplement for a couple sharing a room.
