ABOUT THE HOUSE

This Edwardian townhouse is in a great location. The rooms available are large, well decorated, and fully furnished.

The house is on a quiet road just 100 meters off the main Hagley Road and is in easy walking distance to Broad Street, Birmingham city centre and all the local shops, conveniences and transport links. The rooms are all newly decorated with brand new flooring and newly furnished and decorated. The house has 2 shower rooms (one with a bath), 2 toilets. All bath / shower rooms are well fitted as is the extremely large well equipped open plan kitchen/diner. There is also a large separate shared living room. The housemates have use of free WIFI. In addition there is parking and a delightful low maintenance rear garden with patio area. The house is double glazed and gas centrally heated with plenty of appliances, storage space and socialising areas.

THE PEOPLE AND THE ATMOSPHERE

The people are mostly graduates and professionals so have similar working hours. They all met through the house so they’re used to new people and give them a warm welcome. Housemates like to sociable things together such as meal times, cinema, weekend nights out, quiz nights and movie nights in. They keep the place tidy and the cleaner takes care of general cleaning. If you like your own quiet time it’s no problem, the house is plenty big enough and unlike modern houses the sound doesn’t carry. Because we have several places it’s possible to move to other houses and meet new people to form a wider circle of friends.
