This fantastic student accommodation is just 10 mins walk to Birmingham Uni and even closer to the QE Hospital. Our classic rooms are large, furnished and en suite, however if you wish to upgrade, we have a limited number of deluxe rooms available, these are ridiculously large rooms with king size beds. The site also features on site laundry, on site management, secure bicycle storage and CCTV cameras.

Phase 1 was completed in Summer 2014, phase 2 2016 and phase 3 was completed for the 2017 intake so everything is practically new.

Set in peaceful surroundings with own grounds but close to all local amenities including shops and local transport.

The fitted kitchen includes cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, iron/ironing board, basic crockery/cooking utensils and each student has their own lockable cupboard.

All rents are totally inclusive. Our only additional fees that applies are the £30 annual admin fee and a £35 cleaning charge (refundable at the end of your tenancy subject to terms).

Tenancy terms - 45 to 52 week, 3% discount for full payment, group and individual bookings welcome.

No fixed start date, we can take bookings from June 2018 on wards.
