I now have a double bedrooms to rent in Great Barr with 40" tv with freeview box with a twin tuner recorder to record from tv. the room is fully furnished with wardrobes, chest draws, and 3 draw bed side cupboards x 2, lamps, double bed with top quality memory foam mattress Iam looking for renting the room long term to someone in full time work. smoking is only allowed outside in the garden area. I work full time and I spend some of my free time out of the property with my friends and family. I do not use the kitchen much which would be shared but you will have your own fridge and freezer. and storage space for food. I have my own small lounge and there is a second bigger shared lounge which has freeview tv and also a freeview recorder to record any tv programmes. There is also virgin wi-fi. My house is a 3 min walk to local shops and all major bus routes. It takes 15 min by bus into Birmingham city center. It is approx 5 min drive to jun 7 of the M6. Anyone that decides to rent and share my home will feel very welcome and happy to be here.
