Double and Single room available B32

Hi, I will have 2 rooms available to rent soon. The double is £400 and the single in £350 including all bills. It is in Birmingham B32. The street is quiet and there is a bus at the end of the road that goes to the City Centre and to Harborne High Street where there are nice bars and restaurants. There are small shops within walking distance and an Asda 2 miles away. I am a 26yr old female and I work as a TA in a local school.
