Hi I have a beautiful room available for house share, I own the property, am a live out landlord and I’m not too far away should you need anything.
The house is a 3 storey 4 bedroomed modern property in Kings Norton on the Monyhull Estate close to amenities, public transport and the motorway.
The M42, Junction 3 is 5 miles away, Birmingham City Centre is 6 miles, Solihull Town Centre is 7 miles and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital is 4 miles away.
The buses that stop at the top of the Estate are the number 18 Yardley Wood to Bartley Green via Cotteridge stopping outside Kings Norton train station. The number 19 Maypole to Frankley also via Cotteridge stopping outside Kings Norton train station. The number 35 Hawkesley to Birmingham City Centre via Kings Heath.
The closest train station is Kings Norton Train Station, which is 2 miles away also accessible by bus as above.

The room available is on the middle floor so will only have to share a bathroom with one other. The room is at the front of the house next door to the middle floor bathroom, it’s modern and bright as it has 2 windows. It has a double bed, triple wardrobe with full-length mirror, chest of 4 drawers and a bedside table.

There is also a toilet on the ground floor along with the fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room. There’s a garage for further storage space and plenty of parking on the drive and outside the house. The garden is neat and tidy and a real suntrap so good for relaxing in and drying washing. The rent is inclusive of all bills including Sky and Wi-Fi but not phone calls if you use the home phone. There is also a fourth room on the middle floor that is used as a study/laundry room that you would be more than welcome to use.
I’m looking for someone who respects the house and wants it to be a home rather than just a crash pad and who also respects the feelings of the other housemates. If you would like any more information or would like to come and view please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
