Single bedroom in quiet house

Hi,

I am a 35 year old professional, looking to rent my spare room out from the 11/05/16 for a minimum of 2 months.
I would like to share my small but bright house with another female.
I work office hours and like to relax and cook after a day's work.
I am no party animal but enjoy going out for a couple of drinks on the week end.

The rent includes all bills. The room is furnished.
I am open minded as to who would be moving in as long as it is a woman.
Minimum stay 2 months.

The house is situated in a quiet area, very close to the Jewellery Quarter & City Hospital and within walking distance to Brindley place and the Brasshouse Language Centre via the canals.

15 min bus ride to the city centre.
I also walk or cycle into town..
