There is a main route bus stop within yards to City Centre, Birmingham University Station, Queen Elizabeth Hospital - 4 miles and 2 minute walk to Newman University.

Although local to all main amenities it is in a lovely quiet location; to the rear a Reservoir, to the front a large park and 5 minutes from sailing club.

I am a live out landlord but do stay every Wednesday night but have an en-suite.
