My current lodger is moving somewhere easier to wfh/walk to work in Edgbaston so so am pretty flexible on moving in date for the right person as it’s been great living with people you get along with/treat it like home and would be lovely for that to continue! 🤞🏼

It's in Sellyoak/Harborne border, opposite a lovely park with the train station just a few minutes walk away so 10 mins to city centre and walking distance to birmingham university and QE Hospital. 5 mins drive to Harborne high street & 10mins to fiveways cinema etc
Added bonus you have sainsburys, M&S, Iceland just down the road at a great retail park so everything is nearby


It’s in a nice leafy residential area (rather than the busier student end) so if you’re a tidy professional female (or post grad) & looking for somewhere clean, chilled & lovely then get in touch and we can arrange a viewing!

It’s a very large double bedroom with a triple and double wardrobe as well as chest of drawers & bedside cabinets so lots of storage & there’s all the gadgets anyone needs like cordless Dyson, airfryer, kitchen aid for any bakers & nutrininja for smoothies etc oh & a slow cooker pot that’s yet to be used……
